An MBA in Operations Management, Master Black Belt (MBB®) Lean Six Sigma, Business Analyst, Reliability professional, and certified Project Mgr., Master trainer for Quality and Environment, Lead Auditor for QMS, EMS, EnMS, OHSMS, and Social domains with over 27 years of experience as the change agent to improve organizational Strategy, Operations, Quality, Manpower Skills, Methods and Compliance to reduce the business risk and improve the bottom line.

 

Specializes in manufacturing transformation, operational excellence, in particular Lean, Six Sigma, supply chain optimization, and capital productivity, and leads our global initiative in agile manufacturing and operations.

 

ABOUT VIJAY


Vijay is a specialist in major transformation programs related to manufacturing, operations and supply chains and leads the transformation work in our Manufacturing and Operations Practice globally. He is also part of the leadership team for the Implementation Practice. Vijay brings his expertise to large, medium, and small companies in many sectors.


As a leading figure in operational excellence issues, he is particularly involved in lean , six Sigma, manufacturing, inventory management, operations, supply chain management, and cost and investment optimization. He also assists management teams in defining their strategic priorities, planning expansions, or development and growth plans.


Vijay also leads a research initiative in agile manufacturing and operations, which aims to increase the operational and strategic responsiveness of companies in the face of the growing uncertainties of their environment.


With a keen interest in implementation and research and learning, Vijay has lead innumerable implementations teams for manufacturing and operations transformation projects in multinational companies, small and medium organisations in diverse sectors like, engineering, metals, automotive, food, pharma etc.
