Lt Col (Dr.) Mary Priya AV (Retd) is a leader in J P Consulting’s ESG and Sustainability Practice and, and brings deep expertise in the strategies for establishing a more sustainable future for organisations. She advises leaders in the private and public sectors as they navigate the rapid shifts in the ESG and Sustainability landscape. Dr. Priya’s  clients include a broad range of organizations, in the public and private sector.

She has authored numerous Sustainability reports for companies and works closely with organisations to set up their sustainability and ESG strategies and goals. She is a frequent speaker on various Management Consulting and Sustainability topics  at industry gatherings and conferences.

Lt Col (Dr.) Mary Priya AV (Retd) is a partner at JP Consulting. She brings along skills that she honed in senior-leadership roles at the Indian Armed Forces, working all over India and abroad.  She plays a leading role in JP Consulting, focusing on management consulting projects, certification  and sustainability projects and skill building. She is excellent in task prioritization, negotiation and persuasive skills.

Dr Mary Priya also serves clients in industries as diverse as healthcare, consumer goods, utilities, and chemicals. She works with clients to use critical thinking and lateral thinking designs to solve complex problems based on customer insights. She employs behavioural science approach to design and deliver the best products, services, and experiences to assist an organization in balancing customer needs with Vision and Business objectives.

Her leadership skills, experience, and customer centric approach ensures that clients are happy with the solutions to their organisational problems. She brings to her work two decades of experience with the Armed Forces, where she was responsible for delivering on her goals by building high-performing teams and robust processes.

As a leader of our Management Consulting, Certification and Sustainability practices, she is responsible for service design and execution for our clients.

​

Prior to joining JPC, Lt Col (Dr.) Mary Priya (retd), has had a rich and diverse career Pan India and abroad during 23 years of service in Indian Armed Forces on various roles spanning from teaching to managerial roles. She has also served in UN Mission for the most coveted United Nations Peace keeping Mission to Lebanon and rendered humanitarian services for a social cause. With her broad experience of serving in the public sector, she brings in profound hands-on expertise to the transformative efforts of JPC.

Dr Mary Priya has also served as associate Professor of Delhi University where her key subject area was Research, Administration and Management. She has won numerous awards for her real-world curriculum and innovative teaching methods.

​

She is a frequent speaker at various national and international forums and has presented papers in conferences. She has also published articles in reputed national and international Journals.

Doctoral Degree, Maters in Science, Bachelor of Science, Diploma in Information Technology.
